How will I be immersed in the World of Prince at The Experience?
We invite you to explore 10 multidimensional rooms dedicated to celebrating the Purple One! You will find yourself in the center of iconic music moments including the album cover from Purple Rain and the bathtub scene from “When Doves Cry.” Get lost in an immersive audiovisual room and test your skills playing music producer while mixing one of Prince’s greatest hits in interactive Paisley Park workspace, Studio A. There are also once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities, exclusive merchandise to shop, food & refreshments to enjoy, and much more!
How long is Prince: The Immersive Experience?
Approximately 60 minutes from start to finish, but will vary based on how much time you interact with The Experience.
Are photography and video allowed?
You're encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the space! Remember to share your photos on social media with #PrinceTheExperience so we can share them on our channels!
Are food and drinks allowed inside The Experience?
No Food or Drink Allowed. Resealable bottles of water are welcome.
Are pets allowed in Prince: The Immersive Experience?
While we love animals, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside. Service animals are welcome.

When do I need to arrive for my reservation time?
Please arrive any time within your allotted 30-minute window. If you aren't sure what your day's schedule looks like, check out our Premium Flex Entry Tickets and come whenever works for you!
Tickets are valid only for the date and time purchased. If you or a member of your party is not feeling well, tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability). Follow the link in your confirmation email to login to our ticketing portal and swap times, or contact us via this form for assistance.
Are tickets available at the door?
Limited General Admission and Gold Experience standby tickets are available at the door. Guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance.
Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash, but we accept both debit and credit cards.
Can I leave the experience and return?
Once you leave the space you can't re-enter, so take your time and enjoy it.
Do you offer coat/stroller check?
Check your coat, bags, or strollers for $3 per item. Single strollers are also allowed inside, but please note all items are subject to search upon entry. The Gold Experience Package includes complimentary coat check.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Children 3 and under do not need tickets to enter Prince: The Immersive Experience.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Can you please confirm how you are monitoring for COVID-19?
We’re closely monitoring the ever-changing landscape of COVID-19 and will follow the current local guidelines to ensure that the health and safety of our patrons and staff is at the forefront of our operation.
What Health & Safety Standards do you have in place for guests?
- Ongoing cleaning of touch points in the space
- Hand sanitizing stations and disinfecting wipes throughout the space
- Nightly deep cleaning of the entire space
- Masks are not required, but recommended
- If a group member is sick, we encourage your entire group to reschedule
Is vaccination required to visit Prince: The Immersive Experience?
Effective March 31, 2022
Guests who wish to enter Prince: The Immersive Experience in Chicago will not be required to show proof of vaccination. In addition, face masks are not required but recommended. We reserve the right to extend or modify this policy in light of evolving circumstances and applicable guidance/regulations.
What is the best way to get to The Experience?
Public transit or ride share is the best way to visit. We are located approximately three blocks from the Grand Red Line Station.
Is Parking Available?
Discount parking validation is available at The Shops at North Bridge parking garages located at 10 East Grand Avenue with access from Ohio-Grand-Wabash and at 516 North Rush Street. Visit the second floor at our check-in desk to validate.
Validated parking is $15 and tickets will be validated only if you park three (3) hours or less. You must present your parking ticket and experience ticket or receipt of purchase from the retail store ($10 or more minimum) to Concierge Services.

Can I buy merch at Prince: The Immersive Experience?
Yes! The Experience shop will be open to the public and ticketed guests any time Prince: The Immersive Experience is open.
Plus there will be some unique merchandise exclusive to the Chicago shop.
Is there an online store?
Yes! Click "SHOP" on the main navigation to get to our online store. We are currently shipping to the U.S. Only.
Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
All sales are final at Prince: The Immersive Experience merch store brick & mortar location.
For merchandise purchases made on PrinceTheExperience.com - we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you have any questions about your merchandise purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Yes! You can exchange diamonds and pearls with your lucky boy or girl (or person) here at The Experience. Guests should purchase the ticket type that suits your mood and visit us during public hours.
